Parkvale is accepting application from experienced Head Tellers and New Accounts Representatives for the position of Platform Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities of our CSR’s, motivating and training in a sales environment and assisting the Branch Manager in meeting Branch goals. If you possess excellent customer service skills, a working knowledge of banking regulations, some prior supervisory experience and excellent written and oral communication skills, perhaps you’ll consider speaking to us about this exciting position.

At Parkvale, our tellers perform a variety of duties from accepting deposits and cashing checks to cross-selling products and services. Outstanding sales efforts are recognized with cash awards through our Star Performer Program. If you enjoy people and possess basic math and customer service skills, along with some prior cash handling experience, then come to where the customers are satisfied.
To qualify for our full-time floating teller positions, you must have a car at your disposal, ability to work a flexible 40 hour work week which includes one evening a week and Saturdays (if you work a Saturday you will have a day off during the week).

Our part-time positions offer a stable work environment, 18-20 hours per week (no hour or day restrictions, please), but not more than 1,000 hours a year, a competitive wage and a 7-9 day paid Teller training class at our Headquarters which is located in Monroeville.
